I'm amazed that these con artists are still in business considering the way that they treat their customers. I received a package from China, and a few days later got a cheery voicemail from DHL saying they'll take legal action if I don't pay the extra $20-something for fees. To my knowledge I had paid all of the fees necessary, but I considered the fact that I may have indeed neglected to pay fully for my package somehow. The voicemail directed me to a website where I could pay the fee online (how convenient!), so I went ahead and did that. The website looked illegitimate, but I entered in my credit card info so that I'd be off the hook, and not have to go to court over $20. Two weeks later I got a letter in the mail stating the exact same thing as the voicemail I received before. I had smartened up by this point and decided to ignore it. Guess what! I haven't been contact by DHL (or by a lawyer) since. This company likes to scare people into paying more than they have to, so I urge you to avoid them like the plague.
Side note: You should work on improving your branding. If you're going to scam people, at least try to look like a legitimate company first. You might get more customers that way!
