They attempted to delivery one day and didn't left notice and I called their number got specific directions as to how to make sure the parcel would left the following day. Followed their directions to a T, the driver stuck a new delivery notice on top of the one he left the previous day that I had signed as instructed. Called again after the second attempt told I would have to pick parcel up. My wife attempted to pick up the parcel at the depot but the driver wasn't back yet and the customer service rep wasn't pleasant to deal with as a customer. I would recommend using any other courier for your parcels. These guys were anything but professional!

Two 'attempts' made to deliver my parcel. Both times people were home. Never heard the door knock and I was within close proximity to it. Furthermore my signed delivery attempt notice I had left for the courier didn't matter, as the second delivery attempt they attempted a different door in the house and didn't see it posted... no address was written down, and then I had to spend the next 45 minutes on the phone. Will avoid this service in the future.

Same thing happened to me. I was at home but I didn't heard a knock.
