This store is definitely an improvement from when it first opened. There's more equipment and all that. However, I often see busy lines and only one person working there. Sometimes wait times are long. Other times when you're trying to print things out the manager would keep switching attention to people who just came in which is frustrating.

Worst experience ever. The manager is terrible, extremely rude and talks down to customers. I was trying to print a 4 x 3 poster and thry charged 2x what the other UPS charged. The colours we're worng, and streaky and when we went back he refused to give so much as a credit for future projects. I will never go back. Worst $109 ever spent.

DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS TO THIS LOCATION!!! The owner didn't arrive at the store until 35 minutes after opening time. I know because I was standing outside in -15. The owner wasn't even apologetic.

The owner is amazing, always very helpful. He always goes above and beyond to get my orders ready for shipping. He takes care of all my printing needs for my business as well.
