Day three of sitting at home waiting for Loomis to show up. The first attempt failed because the guy thought my condo unit number was the street address and couldn't find the building. My husband called and explained and gave them our buzzer code. Nothing was delivered. I spoke with customer service twice and had to explain each time what a unit number is vs a street address. It's like a bad dream. I was told the parcel would go out today so I called this morning to make sure and after explaining I live in a condo with units AGAIN they said it may or may not be delivered today and if you miss the next attempt you have to go to Markham to pick it up. I don't know what I did in a past life to deserve this. If I do have to pick it up, I'm printing off the Canada Post address format guide to give to them. 'here, you guys clearly need this because despite having one job to do you clearly can't figure it out!!!'
