Quick prompt service. Could use a better parking lot. Staff are quick and polite. Customers can be a little hangry during the holidays though.

Fab customer service lady, friendly/helpful and had me out in no time. Evening hours till 8 p.m., easy to find and had my package delivered next morning and tracked. Never will I use Canada Post.

Tracking information is not valuable. They also cannot narrow down a time span. So unless you can sit around all day use someone else.

Absolutely terrible courier company. Definitely would not recommend Purolator to anyone. Driver's can't read the labels property, causing you to go into the local branch. Terrible customer service at the local branch.
