United Parcel Service

Was told to come here to pick up a $60 package because of COD's on the item, despite the fact I sent them emails saying I was willing to pay them online instantly and live 2 hrs away with no ability to drive. Their response was to try the 'help line', which I did and was then immediately put on hold for half an hour. Very easily the worst experience I've had with a delivery company (Canada Post and Purolator at least put it within walking distance), will never be using them again.

Terrible service, lazy untrained employees both drivers and workers at pickup warehouse are incompetent , hours of operation that are impossible to work around! hope they all lose their jobs because they dont value their customers

Terrible service, compared to all other delivery options. When I called UPS they told me that the parcel delivery will be attempted 3 times, to which I said nobody will be home any of those times. Then they informed me that the parcel will then be held at the depot for 5 days to be picked up; they are only open until 6:00pm, which we cannot make because of their location. After the 5 days the parcel will be sent back to the store it was delivered from. How is anybody supposed to actually retrieve a parcel from UPS, when they aren't open during convenient hours, and when they don't allow you to change the delivery destination once the order is made? And then when I asked if I can have somebody else pick it up, I'm told yes, as long as they have ID that has the matching delivery address on it. There is nobody else that has the matching delivery address on their ID! Very, very poor service, when compared to all of the other services available. I will definitely be contacting Costco to voice my disapproval of their delivery service choice.

Worst hours of any business that has ever existed and it gets rammed with ppl during these slim hours.

Received an email regarding delivery of package. Tried to do online signature as well as reschedule delivery with app, could not do this. Called UPS to try and reschedule. Agent advised of policy of 3 delivery attempts for 3 consecutive days. I advised the agent I wanted to reschedule the delivery when I was home as I didn't want notices left on my door as this would indicate to potential thieves that I was not home. She refused and hung up on me. I was trying to save UPS time and money by not making the 2 additional delivery attempts as I knew I would not be home. I realize it is their busy season but to hang up on a customer is ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND UPS!
