I have used them twice so far. Once overseas and the other locally. Both were good experiences although a little challenging to use effectively. Heroic support was indeed heroic! Lots of IT issues but I am confident that Shiptime will prevail after the dust settles. The newness shows but it's worthwhile to use them. Saves a lot of hassles to get a reasonable rate. We got charged $150 in adjustment fees on a shipment I made 2 months ago. Funny thing is is they charged my wife’s credit card which has never once been used. That’s a heck of an adjustment on one shipment it was mostly ‘fuel correction’. I’d suggest you guys figure it out right the first time so we can give our customers a correct quote seeing as how they pay the shipping fees when they make an order. Still waiting for the heroic customer service team to explain how they got my wife’s credit card information but it’s been days since I’ve reach out.

ShipTime is an excellent tool for shipping packages. Setup of shipment is very easy, and you get a complete array of shipping carrier quotes, so you can choose the lowest cost, fastest time, or whatever works best for you! Highly recommended!

First time using this service. I must say it was quick and easy to get setup and start shipping packages. You have the ability to view several shipping companies and choose whatever suits your needs (cost, delivery time, ect) The dashboard also provides a nice overview of all the packages sent. I will definitely be using this again. Definitely more options out there then Canada Post
