Came to this location to ship a letter to the States and paid for Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery, an expensive premium over the standard. Well as you expect this 1-star review to turn out, it ofcourse did not deliver the next day. However I let it slide and hoped it just got delayed somewhere so I waited another day. But instead I was greeted with a message saying it 'missed its connection' and was sitting in Toronto. So on the 4th day I went over to request a refund as per the policy stated on the website, but they denied it because they claimed it was UPS's fault for the refusal... although it was sitting at a Purolator location (UPS ships in the States). They basically told me I am out of luck (won't ship and won't get my money back) and to go call instead...how infuriating! Anyways I called and was on hold for 30min, but a Purolator rep finally picked up and she instantly issued a refund and apologized on Purolator's behalf; even she was bewildered by the behaviour of the Oakville location staff. Although it will take 4-6 weeks for the refund to be credited, at least I'm getting it back. This was truly a poor experience with this Purolator location. Choose your shipping service wisely.
