Go to Canada Post, way more efficient and cheaper.

I used to be a huge fan of this company, but lately they've gotten incredibly lazy. They've started doing the Canada Post thing, as in just leaving a package sitting on your front porch without knocking or in any way alerting the owners so that your package gets stolen. And this is even with packages that require a signature. Lazy and pathetic.

Packages have been out for delivery for two days and still have not shown. They say it’s due to weather but roads where down to bare wet pavement.

Staff at the Depot are helpful, delivery drivers are friendly and courteous. We could use internet to track our parcel yesterday, as to time picked up, in the system, and even got an email today saying it reached destination. I would call that excellent service. Over the many years and many deliveries received and sent, any of the very few hiccups have been dealt with immediately, and we are happy with the service. It would be nice to have a phone number for our local depot, but it’s the norm now with big companies to have to contact a central number. Thanks!
