Just seems like the employees donâ€™t care about providing good service what so ever. Theyâ€™ve lost the last two packages Iâ€™ve ordered (after theyâ€™ve been received it at their warehouse). When Iâ€™ve gone in to ask politely what steps should be taken next they just seem to shrug it off like itâ€™s nothing. This is just one of many issues Iâ€™ve had with them. I wish UPS had their own warehouse instead of having to go through these people.

Horrible service from delivery guy, I am shocked that this company is still a float! The members of management should do better screening on their employees and discuss with employees on how to handle packages properly especially since we pay for the service. Incompetent workers are unacceptable.

Delivery man threw my baby's change table on the ground twice, Breaking the box and says to me for 2.50$ this is the kind of service you will get. Very unpleased about the service not acceptable.
