Dynamex - Cambridge

Miss my Dynamex guy! I used to strategically choose my delivery dates so that I could get reliable service from Dynamex and avoid UPS, whose two dudes delivered a 'frankensteined' box with half my order and half of someone else's, and then laughed in my face and blamed Avon, who sent the parcel. That was around 4 years ago and I have avoided them ever since. Dynamex delivered like clockwork and the delivery guy always had a smile and a wave. Never had a parcel get lost, either (which has now happened with UPS) and he always delivered early. Avon ditched Dynamex to go solely with UPS, which was a huge mistake.

Never on time. Constantly records fake times for delivery or attempts when they never show up. False reporting lets them collect delivery charges from customers and not get penalized.
