You've got to be kidding me with this company. This isn't the first time I've had an issue but this one I'm really unhappy about. I'm almost 30 weeks pregnant on bed rest due to high-risk, and we ordered a dresser and change table off of wayfair. FedEx tracking said it was to be delivered "by end of day" today so my husband called three times and asked for the driver to provide an ETA or give him a call when he's in the area so he can leave work to get the packages inside as they're 200lbs combined. This wouldn't be an issue if I weren't a high-risk pregnancy as I'm all for equality and I've been weight lifting for years, but my husband made it clear that I am not permitted to lift the packages.
Rather than returning ANY of my husband's calls or advising us of an ETA, the driver simply shows up, leaves 2 packages worth $450 on our driveway, and drives off. He didn't even knock on the door (assuming he thought no one was home because my SUV was parked in the lot next to our house); just drove off. My son came home from school and advised me that he had just saw him drive away. Considering the fact that I had a carseat delivered by Puralotor last week and had the complete opposite experience, I am appalled by this and definitely not looking forward to ever having something delivered by FedEx again.
