Manitoulin Transport

Manitoulin is a tricky company. If their regular driver for cambridge is working there is never an issue, but when he is off which is 1-2 times a week they are the worst trucking company to deal with. Missed pickups with not even a call to say they cant make it. Lying about how there are no trucks in the area when that is not true at all. Every time you call they will give you an excuse as to why they cant do it, but its pretty simple that the people who dispatch do not know what they are doing. Even a call to some type of sales person does not get a response. We have been a serious customer for almost 5 years but at this point seriously considering going to another company.

I'm always amazed how a company this big can be that good. Every transaction has been very positive.

Terrible service, the staff are certainly friendly, just NOT COMPETENT at scheduling or completing deliveries for when they have been scheduled. You can't count on them! We won't use them again!
