Haven't messed up any of my deliverys yet Keep up the good work

Claimed I refused my order when they didn't even come to my door. I paid my duty fee online and filled out a form to have it dropped off without a signature and they didn't follow through because I "never paid" despite receiving confirmation 4 days prior. My priority 2-day shipping turned into over 8 days long, 6 of which being held at their location over the long weekend.

They messaged me saying they would come on the monday and didnt show up until Thursday. Nobody was home, so they didnt deliver the package. Their website is very hard to use. Neither of us can figure out how to pay the extra fees through their website. Very hard to use this service if you have to work. Do NOT recommend.

Had a $750 dollar 75lb order coming from amazon. I noticed earlier that the online tracking showed it was out for delivery, so there I was waiting. They "attempted" to deliver my package in Lindsay. At the time I was sitting at the dining room table eating lunch in dead silence. I never heard the door bell ring. So then I go online and check there website for a drop off point, much to my delight it showed the closest one just only a few blocks away. So I phoned them up and explained all that and said i'd like to come pick it up, they said the would phone me back. About an hour later they phoned back, said I could come pick it up. Only... I would have to pick it up in Peterborough. It's like no. That's an hours drive away. So I asked them just to go ahead and deliver it tomorrow. They said no and refused and said I would have to come get it. I'm not driving an hour to go get it. So now I don't get my package and have to wait until it gets returned to get my money back. Few things that upset me here. Not ringing door bell. Not leaving it at the drop spot 4 min drive away and instead taking it all the way to Peterborough, and lastly. In the end, refusing to deliver it. What sense does that make ? None. Good job....

What rude people I just received a package that was supposed to be delivered on the ninth I live in a small lane with four other homes he says that they couldn't deliver the package because where is your unit number and he pushes the parcel at me? I literally flip the parcel over and it has my unit number. so another words whoever made up the additional waybill forgot to put on the unit number. I told him if you had asked anyone in this lane they all would know that I live here. Parcel got delivered on the 18th was supposed to be here on the ninth and it tickets for last weekend don't use Loomis. All he had to do was apologize for not delivering on time.
