Purolator

4 shipments coming in from a city 30minutes away. This is supposed to be a 1-2day shipment. Well on day 3 they delivered one of them, to the wrong address 6 blocks away. The other 3 just say arrived at sorting facility for the 4th time. I went to the pick up centre 4 days ago and they said it owuld be out the next day, nothing. I call in and they say it should be out the next day. I call again the next night after no retrievals. And they finally let me know that one of their service centers has been out of power for 4 days. Why was I not notified? Why wasn't my tracking info updated, why did the first 2 service reps not tell me? Purolator is not a great experience.

Purolator never gives their delivery people a phone and so often I waited the whole day and they claimed they came but I never heard anything from them: not on time, poor management, customer service people are lovely but really nothing they can do to help improve because of all stupid policies

I was skeptical of coming to this purlator due to the low rating it recieved. But I tried it out anyway. The customer service was excellent and patient. I didn't know what process to ship things and couldn't find my barcode that was needed. The employee took her time to explain the process and helped me find my label.

Terrible service. They don't even make an proper delicery attempt. Just leave pick up notice on the door. No business should use purolator. You will lose your cutomers. Takes 10 minute to speak someone on the phone

This Purolator Location is great, I really like the staff. They all work so hard. I have seen them helping two customers at once, not easy to do and do a great job. The staff is so friendly, so nice. All my packs have arrived one time, right where they should. I spend lots a month shipping, I am picky. These employees are great.
