After applying for a job I realized very quickly how shady this company is. They promise $1300 a week guaranteed money on indeed and when they contact you they say $1300 for entire training period which is two weeks. When I called them out on it they blamed me for reading the ad incorrectly and said they never said it was weekly so I took screenshots of the ad which clearly show it says weekly. In the end they said someone must have hacked their indeed account and changed it lol, yeah right! I personally wouldn't trust them with garbage, let alone an important package. This is probably why the service is so bad cause they lie to drivers about how much money they will make and once the driver realizes they quit. ....the fact that half the reviews on here are negative says it all. I wish I could pick zero stars

Extremely friendly service. I missed the first time they tried to deliver my items but lucky enough I called the number and a agent helped me find out the next time they would be in my area. The driver arrived on time and was so helpful and happy. Thanks so much QMS delivery I will remember you next time. Website could be better optimized for the phones but I'm sure they are working on it.

Had a package to be delivered on a Monday. They "attempted" to deliver the package but no knock was heard, dog didn't bark, and no attempt was made to call me. Lights were on, car was in the driveway. They left a "sorry we missed you" note and that was it. I know they had the right number as they called me when they attempted to deliver the package the second time. I don't understand why no attempt was made to see if we were home before leaving the "sorry we missed you". First world problems, and I received it no problem the day after. My first impression wasn't a good one. Unlikely to use them if I can help it based on that first impression(this company was chosen by the company who sent the package).

Just wanted you to know that your driver, Chris - number 756, was relentless in trying to deliver a package to me. He first tried at a time that no one could sign for it, but then returned twice in two days to attempt a delivery but no one was there to receive it. He tracked my cell number down and contacted me directly to arrange a delivery time that worked for me. He called to make sure it worked a few minutes before the arranged time. After all that effort, he delivered the package with a smile. Superb employee! Went way beyond the call of duty to get the job done!!

I was sent a new phone and QMS left a notice that they had passed by. I just had to let them know when was the next time they could deliver it by sending them an email. The phone company had sent me a tracking number and the same tracking number appeared on the door notice, however they said the tracking number was not in their system and that I must be mistaken with the number. After several frustrating back and forth emails I sent them a copy of the phone company's notice to me with the tracking number and a copy of the notice left at my door. I have yet to hear back from them. Even my phone company has had no success with them. Why don't they just admit they lost my package instead of lying about it. Do not use this company unless you like being frustrated by incompetence and very poor customer service.
