DHL Express ServicePoint

I was exacting a package which i was told on Friday by a text that couldn't be delivered as address is incorrect. i called on Monday and found out that buzzer is missing even though my cell number was clearly their. Delivery was scheduled for day later on wed. Wed came and received the same msg that address is incorrect even though i clearly told CSR that they can call my cell if they are still having trouble buzzing me. Called DHL, CSR again and asked if I can pick up personally, I was told package is with the Brampton logation and it will take a extra day to reach 80 Richmond street location. finally picked it on Friday after 8 days.

wost courier service hands down. If i could leave less of a star i would. No buzz for delivery followed by no dhl slip in my mail box or entryway leading to no waybill number. Because i had no way bill number i couldnt use their automated service for phone calls. getting an agent or a customer service representative was like pulling teeth i finnaly got a hold of someone but it was the wrong department.She said she would transfer be but just hung up i called back and was immediately hung up on 3 more times. i called a nearby retailer/representative who gave me NO help just to call a number (there are several listed with dhl none are useful some are out of service) that i had already called several times to no avail. Then there were additional charges I wasn't informed of on pick up fpr my already expensive package. literally every single other courier service is better than dhl with easier to contact customer service representatives and much easier to use interface both online and in person. to their credit the correct agent i was finnaly put in touch with at the end of all this (through an unlisted number) was incredibly helpful and kind (it may have been a global mail representative)

Called in advance and was advised that if I am picking up a package for my father, all I would need was my government issued ID noting the same address as the package. Encountered an employee that clearly did not want to be there, and did not want to attempt to resolve my issue. I would say I won't be back again, but unfortunately, they still have my father's packages so I will have to be back.

I was home all day just wanted to get the package on time....It’s from my father...but they didnt even knock on the door through the day and at the end of that day they just updated status with “recipient not home”...and this situation was going like 3 days... I call them after and had to pick up at the location by myself.............:(

There is no point of giving Delivery Instructions to them. The Delivery guy wouldn't even read that. I suggest to use some other courier service.
