Do not deserve even a single star. Sent a cellphone and was given 6 days delivery by charging 50 bucks. After 2 weeks wait, when I called them, I was told it was sent back to the courier centre located at queen and Jameson because of cellphone battery issue even though I mentioned it to the guy in the first place that it is an iPhone. The store even didn't bothered to call me. Went back to get it back the next day. To my surprise, the same guy handed me back the parcel opened box. I asked for the refund but he declined because he told me it is not his fault. I threatened to call cops and court, he agreed to refund 40 after calling to the head office. I can't believe how they think that they can get over with it. The reason I accepted 40 refund was only because I don't wanna waste my time seeing the shameless face again somewhere in the police station or court. I would strongly urge people not to do any kind of business with this courtier service. A big zero star from me!
