Went to send an important document through this Fedex Westin location a couple of weeks ago and to be honest, I was not happy with the service I got.The guy whom I think the supervisor, was the one who helped me with my mail.
First, he gave a printed receipt and asked me to check for the address, I noticed that he made a mistake with the receivers postal code and he was a little bit obnoxious when I informed him that you typed in the wrong postal.
Second, he gave me the wrong tracking number. After I left, I tried setting up the tracking notification on my smartphone so I would know if it was delivered, as I enter the tracking, it shows it was cancelled, and I remembered, he might have cancelled the first receipt he gave cause he typed in the wrong postal. He did not gave me the correct receipt after he cancelled the first printed one.
Third, So I went back to ask why I got the wrong tracking, now the guy is talking on the phone and the assistant lady helped me, and instead of answering why I got the wrong tracking, she smiled sarcastically, and I noticed that she grabbed a receipt from the bin and gave it to me and turned her back, didn't even apologize.
After that, I don't want to do business with Fedex's Westin Location eventhough it's my neighbor. The owner should educate their staff to be more customer friendly and train them to be more efficient.
