Purolator

They didn’t attempt delivery stating my office is inaccessible (which it wasn’t), then I get a call saying that they’re holding the package at a place that is completely not on or near any public transit lines. Purolator is the worst of all the delivery providers... and that is saying something with Canada Post being in that list...

Overnight before 9 AM paid for, 7 days later achieved. I took a package to the outlet on Morse last Friday. They told me it would be in Quebec the next business day by 9 AM. I thought that since they had the weekend, it would be pretty likely to get there. No package Monday. Monday night they posted that they didn't have an address to send it to. I called Tuesday to make sure they had the correct address. It was on the waybill. I had a copy of the way bill. The tracking info wasn't updated, so I spent another hour on their live chat making sure they had the correct info. Late Tuesday, they posted that they would deliver it the next business day. It didn't arrive on Wednesday, and there was no new tracking information. Another hour with live chat, who told me that it took two business days to get from Toronto to Rouyn Noranda. That's not what was paid for and that's not what the guy at the desk promised. Today the package was delivered. Purolator's tracking info said it was delivered in Val-D'or, a completely different city. 7 days after I sent it. Aargh!!

The worst delivery company EVER, they NEVER deliver the package on principle, it goes against their corporate values to deliver the items they have received. Then you must go to far off locations to collect your item. Before they hand you the item you must take an oath and provide DNA evidence, certifications from csis, fbi and Cia proving that you are the person the package was sent to in order to receive your item. If I know a supplier ships with them, I simply do no do business with that supplier.

Would give 0 stars if I could. VERY rude. Missed a delivery because they "can't" deliver to a business address without a company name (I provided my first and last name as well as a phone number, but didn't receive a call until I was being told to come pick it up). I told the woman what the company was but that they could've just delivered it to the main floor without an issue. I asked if they had even gone inside. She then said "Look, this is how it works" and wouldn't tell me if they'd even attempted to deliver the package. I told her that I'd spoken to Amazon about why my delivery was late (they said there was a delay with the truck and that it'd be delivered by today EOD, even though it was *guaranteed* to be delivered yesterday). She told me she didn't know why I would ask Amazon (it's an Amazon package) but that they wouldn't deliver til tomorrow and I'd have to come pick it up. I asked the delivery address and she very rudely told me 11 Morse Street. Looked up the directions and was entirely unsurprised to see the 2 star rating on here. AWFUL customer service all around.
