Purolator

I used to like Purolator, always tried to get them as opposed to UPS - at this time they are both banned from my property. They had a package of mine, I live in a vey small town, no lights, no traffic - their driver ended up like a minute's drive from my house and when they realized they had the wrong address (no direction, if there is no "W" for that address then it must be "E". The driver could not be bothered to drive one minute, before leaving my little town, to deliver this package, the next day there was weather, this is the third day and I am guessing they cannot deal with the weather again today - it will be days late because that driver did not want to get home one minute later than they could get away with under that company's screw-the-customer-over policies. It's less than a five minute walk to my local post office, if a shipper will not use CP I look for a different product.

I always enjoy dealing with Purolator. Professional staff who are able to answer questions and deliver answers.

Purolator dropped off a package today. I should say they left a "we missed you" note. This is day 2 that the package was late to begin with. I called customer care who were less then helpful or understanding with the whole situation. And they're resolve was sit around all day tomorrow so they could send it out again tomorrow or go tomorrow morning and pick it up. The delivery driver didn't even try to knock my dogs would have barked if he did. So I've been waiting around for 2 days for this package and Im annoyed. Customer service was no help at all which is has just annoyed me more .Hire drivers that aren't lazy.

First off, if the address is confusing, they dont even try to deliver your product. They just immediately say it's undeliverable. I gave them a very clear address in which my name is on the door and they say they can't find the address. I garauntee they didnt even attempt to deliver it. I never saw a delivery person, nor did anyone come in to deterkmine if it was the correct location. THey simply sent the email saying it was undeliverable and never even made an appearance. I would never use this company to deliver anything. The laziness is astounding. SO I call them to clear up what should be easily understood and there's a 10 minute wait. SO I leave my number and name for their callback service. The callback service calls me, and goes dead after 30 seconds and then hangs up. This means I have to call them again. Complete and utterly useless company.
