Found my “we missed you” sticker down the road was only tipped off of it by email and this company does not go any further than knocking lightly once on your door not to mention closed on sat sun would not work with me in anyway being Friday I coulda used regular mail and had it for free by the next delivering date

I dealt with them for a long time they are amazing people

Edited Review: Firstly I am changing this review from 1 Star back to Three Star. After ordering more things from Amazon, I began to receive my packages on the correct arrival date that they were set for. However If you're looking to get something change package wise, DO NOT RELY ON CHAT SUPPORT OR LIVE AGENTS. They are rude and completely unhelpful. I had a agent change my package from delivery to pickup and upon arriving it was set for pickup, not even 15 minutes before arriving I was told at this location it had been sent out for delivery. Be extremely careful when speaking to Live Chat or Web Chat. Yours Truly Tyler.

I am so annoyed with Purolator. They have had a package for us since Jan 3. Yes, there was a big snow storm, but that was a week ago. The problem is that we didn't know they even had the package. A note was never left at our house or in our mailbox.

Make sure you get to Point Edward depot well before closing time. They close earlier than posted. Similar to Canada Post employees, same habits as the mother ship. Need customer service training badly.
