I'm not sure why this Purolator location has such low stars but I went in today to ship a parcel and it was one of the best customer service I've had at any purolator I've been to. Sherry was the lady that helped me and she was easy to talk to, explained everything I needed to know, super funny and very nice. Also I liked how clean it was inside. I'd definitely come back here to ship or mail anything from now on. Thank you Sherry!

Driver left the package on the floor of my apartment building hallway. Anybody could have taken it. They just threw it there. Why not leave me a notice on my mailbox? I would rather go and pick it up than not get a package just before the holidays because it was stolen. My experiences with purolator leads me to believe they are worse than UPS... and that's saying something! Update: Purolator contacted me briefly after their comment on my review. They argued with me for 10 minutes about "no signature required". Finally when I asked them where it stated that on any of the information, they could not find it. Another 15 minutes later and they apologized and said the driver would be reprimanded. When I asked how they said "we cannot discuss internal matters such as those" as far as I know, nothing happened since the same thing happened again not too long ago.

Today I was home waiting for my package to be delivered. I knew it was supposed to come today since Amazon is usually very accurate with that. In anticipation of my package I stayed home to receive it. I then received an e-mail from Amazon alerting me to the attempted delivery. I was shocked since I had been waiting and my buzzer did not go off nor was there a knock at the door. I quickly ran down to the lobby and saw that there was no truck and no tracking slip. I then called this Purolator location to find out what had happened because there had been no attempted delivery. When I told the person at the store that the delivery was not attempted he responded with "So you say." He pulled some major attitude even though I was the one that was being screwed over. I then called the customer service number and the woman on the phone explained that drivers sometimes, *sometimes*, won't leave a tracking slip if it's an apartment building. I remarked about how convenient that is for them. I think Purolator needs to be held to a higher standard of care and service. This is not an isolated incident. I think that Purolator needs to look at hiring employees that aren't quite so lazy or rude.

Ordered a lot of things through Purolator. No complaints.

Employees are conpletely incompetent and rude. But driver said that i wasn't there to receive my package when i was sitting waiting with my phone. Driver never buzzed my apartment forcing me to travel an hour to their location for my package to not even be there and an hour back home. This is absolutely ridiculous and i hope you all burn
