They don't even bother knocking/ringing. Called the centre and was greeted with a passive aggressive attendant not willing to help with the frustration and solving the problem.

Minus 10 is best rating for CANPAR. Horrible customer service and delivery record for my small business. They broke my back financially with terrible Not on time delivery and split delivery record... Lost boxes and revenue. Not Recommended at all. Crooks and Thieves.... Do Not waste your time and money with CANPAR at all.

They left a sticker on my door. No receiver name or shipper name. We don't know who it's for or where it's from. They also did not plan to try again and required pick up, but didn't specify where. The website is not very helpful, as it doesn't give hours of ANY location. Finding out locations wasn't obvious either, let alone finding where your package is at. If you are not good with computers or the internet, you're not getting your package. I just dropped by and found the hours and posted it to Google. The website and Google didn't have their hours listed.

Worst delivery company ever! I was expecting a package from Walmart and was home all day. All they did was call my husband's mobile ONCE when he was busy and couldn't answer the phone. They never even bothered with the buzzer! And now we are supposed to go and pick up our stuff ourselves. When I called canpar customer service they absolutely seriously called this single phone call a proper delivery attempt and in the end just hung up on me!! WORST SERVICE EVER!

Terrible service! I ordered something very large and heavy online from Walmart. I paid shipping and the cost of the item online and was told to use the portal provided via email to track it's shipping progress. Not only were customer service rude but not helpful. Almost all the drivers you would think would call a customer prior to leaving the warehouse but the man on my delivery route didn't. I stayed home for almost 1 week straight anticipating the delivery and nothing. Then I miss the buzzer and the driver decides to take off right away and leave the slip at the entry way. When I called Canpar they told me I had to pay again for re delivery if I couldn't come pick it up. I was to say the least not impressed. The woman in the warehouse was very pleasant and agreed the delivery men should be calling customers prior to delivery if it's a large item to ensure a smooth delivery. Thanks again Corey (the gentleman on my route) for not doing your job and for making me have to pay someone to help me pick my item up. I wasn't about to pay for redelivery and wait another week and miss him again😠
