Purolator

I have to bicycle for about an hour to pick up parcel because driver refuses to notify me when he is at the door. Customer service says this is the best service purolator can provide so I let her know I would request a different delivery service for future shipments. Sorry they made me choose at least one star, but that is too generous.

Purolator stated they tried to deliver at 11:53. No notice left. They said they re-tried, and successfully dropped off the package at 5:44, no signature required. Why then could they have not left it at 11:53? Only two conclusions are possible: 1) they delivered to the wrong house, if they went to a house at all. 2) But the two deliveries and supposedly leaving the package the second time 'no signature required' leads to another obvious conclusion. Either way the reliability of this company cannot be trusted. Never use Purolator in Stratford.

Got my package delivered today. Specifically made is so the present didn't have any indication what was inside of it, because it was for the person I'm living with. He answers the door and the box is open! The tape is there, but not holding the box closed. Thanks for ruining one of my presents and maybe learn to inspect your boxes properly especially for the holiday season. Maybe even provide your drivers with tape guns so they can at least fix it before its delivered to your costumers and so it doesn't ruin someone else's gift..

No estimated time of day for delivery attempt on tracking information, not even a vague idea like morning, mid-day or afternoon. Have to plan to be around home all day for whenever the driver happens to be by with the delivery. If you don't answer the door promptly on delivery, you have to either call customer service to get a second delivery attempt the next day, or drive 45 minutes one way to go pick it up yourself. They really need to add alternate drop-off locations in the towns they deliver to, or at least provide a default second attempt at delivery. Spending an hour and a half on the road to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my door is completely unacceptable.

Stayed home from work to receive the package on the estimated delivery date. Package didn't show up until the day later and is now going to this place that is only open week days til 6. Fantastic, I have no means of getting my package without missing work.
