No estimated time of day for delivery attempt on tracking information, not even a vague idea like morning, mid-day or afternoon. Have to plan to be around home all day for whenever the driver happens to be by with the delivery. If you don't answer the door promptly on delivery, you have to either call customer service to get a second delivery attempt the next day, or drive 45 minutes one way to go pick it up yourself. They really need to add alternate drop-off locations in the towns they deliver to, or at least provide a default second attempt at delivery. Spending an hour and a half on the road to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my door is completely unacceptable.
