I wish I could give this company 0 stars. What an absolute garbage courier service. Do yourself a favour and book with LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE. This company was booked on my behalf for a medication delivery yesterday (Wednesday) before the Easter long weekend. I did not receive it at my workplace, so I called today (Thursday), where after waiting on hold for a good 10 minutes the automated system gave me an option to dial an extension, dial a number for the directory, or wait on the line for assistance. Then, after about 4 or 5 repeats of that same message WHILE I WAITED ON THE LINE, it said "Thank you for calling. Goodbye," and dropped my call. I reached out via the Online Chat service where I reached someone immediately, and advised the urgency of the delivery and the hours of operation at my place of work, and that it is closed tomorrow and Monday. She advised that she notified dispatch that it is urgent and must be delivered today, and when I proceeded to ask further questions and clarification about delivery and being able to contact someone if there's a problem, she was incredibly rude, didn't answer my questions, and kept saying "is that all for today please." Don't even get me started on the horrible grammar in addition to the abysmal customer service, or the fact that I had to repeat what I had already typed a few times over. I received my medication in the end (10 minutes before closing), but good grief. What a ridiculous ordeal for what should be a simple, basic service: Point A to Point B in a certain time frame, and with some at least DECENT customer service if there's an issue.
