It took three weeks to receive my item, using DHL. I was promised prompt delivery service. I could have driven to Boston and got the parcel myself. The person who claims DHL has speedy service is in the employ of this company. The service is horrible, especially when you can not find a contact number. 31 May 19.

We use DHL for many international deliveries, especially those from China. The turnaround time is super fast (avg. 3 days total) and the delivery drivers are always prompt and courteous. Don't believe all of the negative reviews. Some people just have zero patience and need instant gratification. iFix Windsor supports you as well as many other local businesses. :)
