DHL Express ServicePoint

We came here for an international shipment of documents. It is supposed to arrive Wednesday (today is Monday afternoon) the price is a fraction of what FedEx or UPS is asking. I hope it is as fast as they promise. We do have a tracking number and will follow our important documents all the way to the destination.

I called and was told I could pick up packages at office today to insure I had in hand as I must have for tomorrow. Arrived at the office, was told my packages were still in the "containers" and wouldn't be available for pick up until tomorrow morning. Wasted over an hour during a busy work day, and came away without my packages.

Don’t ship with dhl overall this is my advice to everyone.. this office I sent a package with them internationally for 400$ and it’s suppose to be express about 5-7 day in my country... it’s arrived after 2 weeks.. i lost 950$$ because that delay .., and they had a worst customer service I’ve never seen... please don’t ship with dhl..

Worst business in American History! !!!! Their mission statement is a joke because nothing they say they live up to. I have had multiple packages lost, extremely late delivered, and no help from them at all. As of right now I have a package still in Ohio that should have been delivered Saturday. They have left me on hold for 30min and I’m still holding. This isn’t the first, nor the second time they have done this. Even with me ordering products early they still never arrive on time which reflects on my business. As a business owner I know what it means to not only honor your mission statement but to make sure you go above and beyond for your customers. They have no idea what Excellence. Simply Delivered means ........😡😣

My package was put on hold due to "weather" at 2 pm at the local facility 30 miles from my home. My only problem was is that the weather was perfectly fine. So now it is the next day and I am going to drive to pick up the package my self because the weather is going to get bad for the next 36 hours. Which means that the package I was suppose to get in 1 day will now take 4 days without picking it up personally. When you pay $30 for shipping, you expect to receive your package on time when the weather is perfectly fine. I will never use DHL again.
