Got a text message saying the package is on its way. So I revolved my entire day around for waiting for this package because I had to sign for it. And guess what noooo package. Ups and FedEx is a hell of a better company then this.

Google has published the incorrect phone number for DHL There is no local customer service line. The correct phone number to reach DHL customer Service is 1-800-CALL DHL No one at DHL knows where google got the phone number they have published.....and DHL advised they have spent hours trying to find someone at google to correct the issue. Google has previously had incorrect address in Strongsville also which thankfully finally got changed to the current DHL office. The problem is with Gogle...not DHL. The correct information is on the DHL website
