The guy behind the counter for the past few months has no idea what he's doing. He always has to pick up the phone to call for help. I have been using UPS for a year now locally and they suck. The drivers leave packages on the doorstep without even knocking or ringing the door bell sometimes. Anything that needs to be shipped in Canada I now use Canada Post, faster, easier and by far cheaper. This Oshawa location on Ritson is a joke and needs to be shut down or turned into a Starbucks or something. I would give no stars if I could.
Editing my post 6 months later: I had no choice today but to use UPS since we now have a company account with them. I went to the same location because it's the closest one, and let me tell you I was holding out as long as I could going here. But I met Faraz for the first time today and I have to say he knows what he doing. I asked him about the clown that worked here before and he said he quit.(probably fired) Faraz made the whole process painless. I would give them 5 star if wasn't for UPS pricing. I was shocked at the price for a cardboard box and packing material to ship a small flat monitor, $24 and that does not include the price to ship it just the box and some bubble wrap. Thank god it's coming out of the company and not my wallet, that's just crazy.
