Very helpful owner/staff. Friendly and a pleasant environment. I needed to print out printing label for a return to Amazon. So I had to forward my email to them. It was quick and easy and reasonable.

You need this UPS store in your life! Seriously, you do! You walk in, and you feel like part of the family. Everyone has been so nice and so helpful, every single time I'm in this store. If they are busy, they still offer the same over-the-top customer service, every single time. Even if you don't live in that area, I would drive out of my way to go to this store... they really are that good. The New owner waqar Ali is Amazing.

Reviews are for this particular establishment. Don't blame a stores if your UPS app failed or package arrived late. The service at this store was excellent, they patiently helped me fill out customs documents weigh and ship out 11 boxes to the US. Thanks Mike.

Walked in to purchase shipping boxes to send out shoes, not only did the guy give me attitude, but overcharged me for 2 shipping boxes, how do 2 shipping boxes come out to $20? Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Great customer service, very friendly staff. They were very helpful. I had the best experience ever going to that store. My best wishes for the new owner and his staff. Will definetly go there again.
