THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Very poor company. Deserves 0 stars.
My trip was set to leave Toronto at 11:30 p.m.
We left At nearly 1 a.m. We arrived in Buffalo after 2 hours or so. Then, we were told that there is no driver and that they didn't know what was happening. We waited with no answers until 8 a.m.
Subsequently, I called customer service and they still had no answers, then I spoke to the supervisor who told me that we are being we're being put on another bus. I have been on the trip for 19 hours and I'm still on the trip as I write this review.
We have been advised that the bus is not good now and we have to wait for a new bus.
This trip should have been only 12 hours or so not to mention that it's Christmas and they are treating us like animals and not telling us what is happening.
Unable to receive any sort of refund or compensation until after 24 hours along with no answers as to when I will arrive at my destination.
Outrageous behavior of a company and will never be purchasing a Greyhound ticket again definitely choose Megabus over Greyhound!
Aside from this horrific experience, I have taken Greyhound before and have found that the buses are very old and uncomfortable. Megabus was much better with more comfort and a smooth trip.
Hope I arrive at my destination...have not been able to sleep all night either. Just horrendous.
