Purolator is the best. The driver who comes to Strathroy every day is so helpful and so good. He is a great guy. I really enjoy having him come by, he is always early or on time. They never damage any package I get, he is so safe when I am not home too. He does a great job! Thanks for having great staff.

Always find the staff super helpful with printing the correct labels, by far the best location!

Simple pick up here. Handed my missed delivery slip and got the package and left quickly. The staff was attentive and easy to communicate with. Not much of a wait time here either. I was about to be in and out in a timely manner.

Was left a slip in mailbox saying to pick up after 7pm. Showed up at 645 and had to wait until 845. Other than that everything was good

I have been waiting a week now for Purolator to ship my package from London to Strathroy. Everytime I call Customer service why my package hasn't been shipped they keep commenting that it is an oversized package and that someone from the depot has to call me to arrange delivery. It's been a week already and no one from the depot has even attempted to call me to even arrange delivery. Will try to avoid in the future to have packages shipped through this company.
