Purolator

Purolator use to deliver to my door. I am in a rural area. Now they usually drop the parcel off at Green Acres Variety. By the time I drive there and back I lose an hour of my life. Now I check who the carrier is and if it is Purolator I need to phone and have the delivery sent back to Thunder Bay so I can pick it up when I am in the city. I phoned Amazon.ca to ask if they can use a different carrier since I receive quite a few parcels from them. Apparently later this year (2018) Amazon is implementing a choice of carriers for their customers. I can hardly wait. I, for one, will not choose Purolator. One time during the winter they left my parcel at the end of my driveway in the snow bank!! I can not see the end of my driveway from the house. Fortunately I was going out that day and saw it in the snow bank.

Update: March 2018: Ok second time this has happened now (2 for 2) ... Amazon prime stuff again .. once again the parcel made it to Thunder Bay in the first day and has been delayed TWICE in Thunder Bay (that's over two days) They finally delivered it today while I was out and say it won't likely be ready for PICKUP at their depot until tomorrow (day 5) So to recap: my parcel has been in my hometown for three days and Purolator has been incapable of getting it 4km to my home. I wish I could give it a ZERO star rating. Even deliver Amazon prime stuff late. (Guarenteed two day).. Tracked the package to thunder bay on two different occasions.

Worst delivery service ever. I wish I could give this a 0, but I picked one day shipping, one day. it’s been 3 days. I called there just this morning, the guy that picked up told me that I now have to wait 3 more days to get my package. this delivery service sucks bum, I don’t want to wait longer. I’ve seen a lot of the same reviews and just this isn’t a good delivery service. I’m upset by this, like by the time he said it’ll come it’ll be 6 days since it was scheduled to come. Like does that sound like 1 day shipping to you purolator? How hard is it to bring me a little tiny package, it’s probably under like 5 pounds. Literally take it out of the truck and drive it to my house. Garbage service.

No bus service, remote place, very bad delivery services as well..Customer representative are supportive but for other stuff if I can I would like to give rating in MINUS..below ZERO

OMG, NEVER USING AGAIN!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!! I missed a delivery because there is no way to request a a delivery after 3pm (work) so I asked how long for a re-delivery she said three days, so I said I need a pick up its my medication, she tells me she can't help me they are (backed up for staff and NOT TO GO FOR THREE MORE DAYS!!!! HOW IS THIS LONGER THEN SNAIL MAIL!!!!!! AND NOW IM WRIGHTING THIS FROM HOSPITAL BED, CUZ they don't want to do there job and LIE TO PEOPLE! Just because they want to be lazy and not do there job!!!! so don't believe anyone there when they say I can't get your stuff! FOUND OUT IT WAS BECAUSE OF A LAZY STAFF MEMBER.THANKS Jennifer. You make me sick, LATERALLY, and I thought seeing your employees on the news dropping and barring parcials in the snow they are SO LAZY! on the news BAD ENUF!
