Canpar did not call, did not e-mail to schedule a delivery. They tried to deliver once when I was not home then shipped the package to their pick up location in the boonies. I am not sure who has the time to drive for an hour to pick up a package instead of a Walmart that is located 5 minutes away. When I called customer service, they were happy to deliver again if I gave them my credit card number.

I have just edited my Review. Went from 1 start to 3 stars. Since Canpar have got pickup spots all over town now (in gas stations, corner stores etc...), the service as got much better. Not perfect, but better.

+ fast delivery from Toronto to Ottawa + TV arrived undamaged - TV left outside even though customer service assured me they do not leave TVs. Luckily someone was home and heated the bell ring. - Their website and customer service representative did not have a clue about roughly when it would be delivered. Told me it would take another couple of days but it arrived that day!

Ordered something from Walmart and now I need to go pick it up at a location that's way less convenient to get to than the Walmart itself. And the tracking information didn't even tell me where it was delivered to, I had to call and ask. Would have been easier if it just wasn't delivered at all.

It's the first time that I ever got such good service! Thank you James from Campar....give the guy a raise...very polite and helpful. You don't get that often these days...😊
