ICS courier

Nooooooope!!!!! Didn't ring bell or knock , so now we have to pick package up and the Depot which is open 11am to 6 pm ( work hours ) perfect!! I have fed more reliable courier pigeons bread in Trafalgar square that have a better hope of doing it up right !

Been dealing with ICS Courier since they started here. They've always been reliable with the running of our business here. Thumbsup!

An absolute nightmare from start to finish. On day 6 currently waiting for my package to ship from the GTA to Peterborough area... a 2 hour drive. Their online tracking system doesn't work because they ship with a "sister" company. ICS reps don't call me back with updates and haven't even been able to tell me when the package will become trackable again, let alone when it will actually arrive. Yet they would not concede that their service is in fact NOT a trackable service. Finally found out the package is in Bracebridge which incredibly is further away than the original destination. It took 6 days to get to Bracebridge... I am in Peterborough!

There is no information on how to retrieve or set up a pickup on their website or attempted delivery slips. The phone number's automated system is a mess - it's impossible to get through to anyone. Why anyone would ship with ICS Courier is a mystery to me. I have to leave work early to make it to their depot before 6pm, when it closes daily, in order to hopefully grab my item. Abysmal service.

I was home all day today and the delivery guy never knocked, they just left a slip. Now I have to go pick it up myself!
