Lost my shipment. Over a month dealing with this company and got no where with them. My product was coming from Walmart. I do not know why Walmart deals with this incompetent amateur company.

They lost a T-Force shipment in transit, so I call in. Guy in Ottawa branch tells me the item has been sitting in their truck for over 2 days now and that he's gonna call his driver and then call me back in 5 minutes... I call back after I haven't heard from him in an hour, the phones are off, I'm transferred to Toronto branch whose phones don't work properly, another fool tells me he can't find anything in their system, not my name, not my address, not the tracking number, nothing. Systematic incompetence from start to finish, absolutely pathetic and infuriating.

Just called them and their customer support person was terrible. Learn how to interact with your customers in a friendly manner instead of being rude and condescending. Their delivery slip was also useless with no pickup options, no redelivery attempt, and no tracking. Pathetic excuse for a courier.
