Worst courier company yet!! Package was on time and in Windsor on a Friday (sent on Thurs from Mississauga), ready for delivery in Kingsville. After putting the package on the truck to be delivered, driver said that the package was "unable to deliver" and sent back to Windsor. It was then sent back to Brampton and returned back to Windsor on Monday, where it sat and nobody did anything to find out where it was supposed to go. I called Loomis (Medex is their authorized courier branch for the Windsor Area) and complained. Loomis took my complaint and told me that the address was not on the package, only our company name and town. Received the waybill from the shipper with our address CLEARLY marked on it AND another shipping address label also on the box too. So Loomis lied to me. Then I was told that the package would be at my address first thing in the morning on Tuesday. After talking to Medex, they said it would be here around 10:00 am. I had to cancel 2 trips to my customers plants since this package was not in my hands when it should have been. As of right now, it's Tuesday at 9:25 AM and no package has arrived yet. To top it all off, they said that they could not contact their driver when he's driving (Medex has never heard of Bluetooth devices apparently). So a driver is stopped for one minute while delivering and driving the rest of them time. So in other words, they might be able to talk to him about 2% of the time during the day otherwise, no contact?? Really?!
DO NOT EVER USE MEDEX FOR YOUR COURIER NEEDS!! THEY WILL SCREW IT UP ONE WAY OR ANOTHER AND CAUSE YOU TO LOOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS AS RESULT. THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN AND THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY TO FIX WHAT THEY SCREW UP!! TOTAL GARBAGE COMPANY!!
