Toronto General Headquarters - FedEx Ground

Fedex is always surronded in controversy for a reason. Subpar service and lack of duty on their employees part. Apparently a delivery attempt is simply sticking a paper to a door. One time this occured at a house. The courier knocked ONCE and started sticking the doortag on and walking away. We opened the door and asked him where he was going it hadn't been 10 seconds since he knocked. Second in an apartment building, no attempt whatsoever was made to deliver the package, no call, no knock, just a paper. Plus this was an Express Package. Maybe I should work as a courier too, I would love to just drive around and stick papers everywhere, fun work :) (Both times there were plenty of people in the home and near the door too)

I got one pice. Then they shipped the other one to new Zealand. Came back to usa in California. I phone to find out about it. They tell me I will get in two days . It been 6 days. They do not know why. I keep phoning they can not tell me anything. They say they phone me. I am waiting to hear from them. Hope they did not lose it. They pice I got it no good with the other. Hope I get answer.
