The UPS Store in Welland

We have been long time print customers of this store. Wayne, the new owner and Ted, his manager are taking great pride and care in handling our orders. He is kind and efficient. Highly recommended!!!

I've only used this store a couple months back and it's been the worse costumer experience I've ever had, owner was quite rude and refused to cooperate, even when I asked a question he lashed out at me. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This store does not accept UPS packages (even though it is "The UPS Store"). When UPS sent my package there by mistake, Bruce (owner) wrote refused on it and marked it to be returned. When I called him about my package, he was abrupt and rude. When I apologized and told him UPS had him marked as an option for receiving packages, he said "they are a bunch of liars". When I pointed out that his own website says he signs for packages, he said "Isn't that special?" Wow. UPS corporate has been very helpful and are correcting the problem. But avoid this store!!!!

Store 286 prints and binds our reports, and we receive excellent results for a great price. Great customer service!
