It takes very little effort to be pleasant This guy just does not get customer service at all. I went here a couple weeks ago to print off a one page black and white invoice. I asked the owner how much it would be and he said .30 for the print and mumbled something else. When I asked him what he said he was very rude and barked at me In the end a single black and white print out cost 3.00. Aparently UPS stores are as Poor as the courier service. I will never go back here.

Echoing the other review, the service at this UPS Store is a disgrace. Staff make it apparent that asking them to merely scan in a dropped off item is an inconvenience to them. Overall rude and unwelcoming. A shameful representation of the brand.
