driver never knocked on my door for package, just drove right by assuming no one was home and sent a text saying package couldn't be delivered because no one was home. i was home watching the whole thing. called office to ask for same day delivery or driver to turn around. nothing came. very poor customer service

I wasn't home to receive my packages and I requested they be redilvered and they lost all 3 of my packages. I only live 0.1 mile away which goes to say how completely incompetent some of them are.

Never had a problem here. Employees very personable and well-informed. Sometimes crowded depending on time of day, which is normal. Full service PO.

Very rude and absolutely horrible service from Lori the USPS worker. Had multiple packages to send out, she didn't want to start processing them until I finished writing my sender info on a last one. She just left in the back room. Really?????!!!
