I lost my 2 Passport in Fedex because they just deliverd on Door such important document without taking sign on delivery. Never trust in this courier

I brought an important package of documents to my local FedEx on Thursday April 23 at 11:30 am & was told that delivery in Toronto would be by NOON on Friday. It was being delivered to the principal at a school. It had not arrived by 5pm...end of day & week !!! Now I have no way to retrieve my package until MONDAY !!! I gave the agent a mobile phone # (for the principal) but nobody has called her. This package has critical time lines and I am not happy. If I phone the customer service line, all I get is a machine which does NOT HELP me at all.

FedEx Thunder Bay drivers don't know the difference between a Cresent and Avenue on several occasions dropped of packages at the Avenue instead the Cresent without a signature and leave the package outside....helpful hint fir you guys, use GPS
