I've dealt with this shop for years mostly for photocopies but for the odd parcel as well. I simply would not think of doing business elsewhere. Go there once and you'll be a permanent customer. I promise that! And that should be 5 Stars.

Extremely long waits, matchedup with some of the poorest english speaking assistants i have ever spoken to, when requesting a parcel pickup instead of dropoff extra fees, requedtd gone unanswered. After all was said and done all my requests were ignored, both packages were missed and delayed another day. Freindly people no assistance.

Yesterday an open, destroyed package was left on my porch while I was home! There was styrofoam, contents of the package other packaging spread around my porch. UPS did not bother to ring the doorbell then had the audacity to leave a note saying "Sorry for the mess but all the parts are there :)". The smiley face, really? Cleaning up this mess was not how I wanted to spend my afternoon. Needless to say, I am appalled at the lack of respect and customer service.
