Bus service very good. Took a 3 day trip from alberta to quebec Here are my observations. And why 2 stars. The good about greyhound Good: 5 stars Price and value for the money 300$ between alberta and quebec Timely arrival and departure from each destination Clean bus Very knowleagable and informative drivers. Telling passenger what to do at transfer location where to go. And professional drivers who take pride in what they do The bad 2 stars Every bus i was on between al and qebec was speeding 10 to 20km h faster than speed limit regardless of it was raining or not. Speed of bus checked on my gps speedometer ohine app. I have verified app for accurancy against my cruiser spedometer that has a certified spedometer in it. Spoke with driver .as an law enforcemnt person i was concerned with costant speeding. This is a what i have learned 2008 fist canada bought out greyhound. Company going down the hill ever since. All buses have no working speedometers. Drivers have asked to use independent gps unit to help them with establishig current speed Company said no Maby drivers have left company some routes they are down to less than 10 drivers. From like 30 Company installed cameras to monitor drivers use cell phone while driving but has not adress simple thing as fixing working speedometer. Drivernadvised me drivers will be fired on apot if caught using phone while driving. Manynbus terminals on the way are in disrepair and look like could use major renovations Ottawa and montreal and edmonton only nice bus terminals rest very dated old.

They need to stop using the old busses that don't have Wi-Fi and plugins to charge devices because they advertise both but I have been disappointed a f ew times now when i get on the bus thinking the bus has Wi-Fi and plugins to find out that even though they advertised both if those amenities if their bosses there isn't any. Everytime I have gotten on one without Wi-Fi and plugins it has been either the Toronto to Vancouver or the Vancouver to Toronto bus and those busses travel right across the country so people who are on the bus for a few days definitely would want those services. If they are going to use the old busses they should at least do on short trip busses not the ones that people are on for days and days travellings across the Country.

Took a bus from Winnipeg to Montreal . loved the journey . they have good bus and drivers . lot of stops to get some air and food. Clean interior. Hope to take service from greyhound again.

The Bus Drivers on my way to Sault Ste. Marie, ON and back to Thunder Bay, ON were the best!! A+++++ Very professional and courteous!! 😁 👍👍 BIG 0 to their Call Centre!! Couldn't understand them, very unprofessional!!! Charged my credit card for 3 unnecessary charges. Could never get through to their Customer Service. Have an ongoing dispute with them.👎👎
