The Greyhound is an excellent place to go to if you need to get around for cheap we traveled on the Greyhound recent me it was about 14 hours it was a nice smooth ride with very few stops the driver was from me the people were friendly we had no problems the whole way here now we are here in London and want to take that Greyhound driver thank you a lot man you're the best

Bus is never on time and if you are there waiting for the bus after 7:30pm there is no place to sit indoors. As the bus does not come in the evening until 11:45 pm the is no local bus or payphone to call for a cab.

The bus depot is in rough shape. Dirty, things broken, freezing cold inside, hand written signs plastered everywhere. Lady behind the counter unprofessional looking. She took a phone call while 3 customers were waiting, and actually told the caller she didn't have time to answer her questions and hung up. From now on, i will be purchasing online.

Buses come when office is closed, so if bus is late you have no way of knowing. Parcels are left in an open area with no one watching over them. Dirty.

Sucks.Jjust after noon today during advertised hours of operation, no answer after >30 rings. Too bad you don't allow 0 stars. Sucks.
