Terrible, I was waiting for a shipment and when I contacted the seller he said FedEx had been to my house 3 times. When I checked the tracking it said they had tried 3 tines but I was home all of those days and they never once left me a door tag saying they attempted to deliver. Worst experience I have ever had with a shipment

I spent $60 on a uber and 3 hours of my weekend to travel to this facility only to find ITS NOT OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS COUNTER TO WHAT THE GOOGLE LISTING SAYS, im so bloody angry right now, writing this without swearing is very hard. Fedex is the single worst shipping service i have ever encountered in my life, do yourself a favor and switch to another shipping service, save yourself the headache,THEY STILL WONT GIVE ME MY PACKAGE, 2 DAYS LATER.

Fed Ex service is total nightmare, no communication whatsoever. My package from Costco was on the truck for 5 days, not delivered, the tracking number was telling me delivery exception, but no explanation what happened to it!! I had to call Fedex 1800 # to find my shipment. They said that delivery was attempted.... but nobody left any message or tag to let me know about it. Too bad Costco is using FedEx for delivering their packages, I will let Costco know about this miserable service FedEx is providing.
