Joey the owner is quiet but always pleasant and has nice music playing in the background. I've never been shortchanged and he has always done his best to be helpful.

Don't go here. Try the post office in the Shoppers .The owner over charged me and the fax quality was so poor I had to redo and finally scan and email my transmission. The owner is so bored he was playing a video game when I arrived and his customer service was very lacking. Also, I had to wait too long for him to transmit my papers.
