The front desk staff at the DC are great. But then...
Does anyone at the Sudbury location actually work Friday or Monday? This is the 3rd package in a few months where it's arrivwd Thurs night. The delivery date on the tracking info shows the next day. Then, no updates for the entire Friday. To top it off, stroke of midnight Monday and "your package is on the truck" and the expected delivery date changes to Monday. Ok, great. I'll take some time off work to make sure I'm there. Oops. Without fail, hour and a half later "there was a delay. We'll deliver it tomorrow". WTF?! I order a lot of work related stuff and unfortunately its often shipped via purolator. Believe me, if i could choose anyone else but UPS, i would lol. If this happened once, maybe twice in the course of a few months, in between other orders etc, that'd be one thing. But the Friday Monday issue has happened enough times to see that it appears a chunk of purolator sudbury has a 3 day week. Just another sudbury quality service I suppose.
